Right to Information

The present data protection policy regulates access and use of service of the Website: (hereafter the “Audition4All”).

In accordance with the provisions set forth in Organizational Law 15/1999, dated December 13, regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereafter, L.O.P.D), Audition4All informs the user of the existence of an automated data file of a personal nature called “Candidate” and another called “Employer”.



The data of users registered through forms designed for this purpose on the website are collected by Audition4All in order to facilitate the providing of services offered through said website.


Mandatory or Optional Nature of Information provided by the User and Accuracy of the Data

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form to be completed by the user are strictly necessary to handle his request, while inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to Audition4All are truthful and assumes responsibility for communicating any changes thereto.


Accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided

Users who send information to Audition4All are solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data included, releasing Audition4All from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and answer, in all cases, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and pledge to keep such data duly updated. Users agree to provide complete and correct information on the registration or subscription form.

Similarly, it is the user’s responsibility to keep all information provided to Audition4All permanently updated, so as reflect, at all times, the user’s actual situation. In any event, the user shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made, as well as for any damages or injuries caused to Audition4All and/or third parties as a result of the information provided.

According to Audition4All’s anti-spamming policy, the user shall be obligated to refrain from using or collecting data drawn from distribution lists which can be accessed on the basis of information and services found on the website, in order to carry out activities for promotional or advertising purposes, as well as not to send commercial communications of any kind by means of software, which are unsolicited or to which Audition4All and/or interested parties have not previously given their consent.

Audition4All is not responsible for the truthfulness of information other than what it has created and which has been indicated in another source, for which reason it assumes no responsibility whatsoever for potential damages that may arise from the use of such information.

Audition4All is released from liability for any loss or damage which may occur to the user (Candidate and/or Employer) as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Audition4All, on the condition that it is derived from outside sources.

In addition, all Audition4All users, both candidates and employers, are solely responsible for damages and injuries caused to Audition4All or third parties for errors, defects or omissions in the information provided.

Audition4All is not responsible for the content posted by users and/or third parties.

Periodically, a review will be conducted of the content inserted and posted, in order to ensure that Audition4All’s standards of quality, as well as respect for the rules listed herein, [are maintained].

Any candidate who inserts content violating the current law must assume responsibility for the damages and injuries resulting from his actions.


Consent of the User

Sending personal data through the use of Audition4All’s electronic forms or, where appropriate, e-mail messages, implies consent by the sender to the automated processing of data included in the means of communication indicated, the products and services related to the purpose of the Audition4All’s website, as well as sending communications through e-mails with information related to the services offered by Audition4All and their ventures.

The user also expressly consents to the transfer of data to third parties in compliance with the service. For these purposes, the term “Third Party” is understood to be those “organizations or their representatives” who use Audition4All services to find users interested in the job vacancies offered. In the case of candidates, the latter transfer data to organizations for evaluation, and in the event that their database is exported, protection of the exported data becomes the sole responsibility of the organization.

In the case of organizations (“Employer”) who contract the service, this involves posting the information they wish to make public on the website and sending the data needed to achieve the contracted purposes. Registered clients also give their consent to use the logo and name of the organization on the website for purposes of advertising.


Newsletters and Electronic Communications

Audition4All will make the service of sending out a newsletter, which includes the most relevant information on the website, available to users who have previously authorized it through the subscription form designed for this purpose. In addition, a user may unsubscribe or modify the information on his subscription to the aforementioned newsletter, by using the interactive form found on the website.

Audition4All likewise informs that, when asked to do so, it will send commercial communications by electronic means with information about other products, services and events that may be of interest to users of this website, when expressly asked to do so. This consent may be revoked at any time by the user.



Audition4All maintains levels of security for protection of personal data, pursuant to Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11, regarding security measures for automated files containing data of a personal nature and has established all the technical measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data which users provide through the website, without prejudice to informing you that Internet security measures are not foolproof.

Audition4All agrees to comply with its obligation to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the personal data contained in the automated file, in accordance with applicable legislation and also to provide safe handling for the conveyance and international transfer of data which, if any, may occur.


Cookies and IPS

The user agrees to the use of cookies and IP tracking. Our site traffic analyser uses cookies and IP tracking (Piwik) which allows us to collect data for statistical purposes, such as the number of times you have visited, URL, browser used and screen resolution. However, the User, if he so wishes, may disable and/or delete cookies by following his Internet browser instructions.

Audition4All does not use spamming techniques and only uses the data that the user transmits through the electronic forms designed [for this purpose] on this website or messages via email.

Processing of data of a personal nature, as well as transmitting communications sent by electronic means, are consistent with Organizational Law 15/1999, of December 13, regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and Law 34/2002, of July 11, regarding Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce.



Audition4All may include links to third-party websites. We ask you to bear in mind that we cannot control their content and cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies of such sites. You should always read the privacy policy of the websites to learn in greater detail about how they collect and treat information of a personal nature.

If you decide to exit our website through links to websites which do not belong to our organization, Audition4All assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices of such sites or the cookies that they could have stored on the user’s computer.


Right to Object to, Correct and Update Data

The user has the right to access information that has been provided, to correct it or to unsubscribe from Audition4All services. This may be done in two ways, by directly contacting:

The processing of personal data and the sending of communications through electronic means are adapted to the regulations established under Organizational Law 15/1999, of December 13, regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and Law 34/2002, of July 11, regarding Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce.


Amendment to this Privacy Policy reserves the right to amend the present policy, in order to adapt it to future changes in legislation or case law, as well as to business practices in common use.
